Covid-19 procedures
Bookings will only be accepted by phone call or email - for phone bookings a confirmation email address must also be provided. I will email over details of socially distanced check in and check out procedures.
Payments must be made by BACS prior to arrival at the property. An invoice with payment details will be provided by email following confirmation of a booking.
Courtesy transport to or from the property is no longer available.
You should not come into the property if you have Covid-19 symptoms - please complete a Covid-19 test before your holiday to make sure you are safe to travel.
If you become ill with Covid-19 during your stay and need to stay within the property longer to complete self-isolation there will be a cost for this. Additional nights within the accommodation will be charged at the advertised rate. Please check if this is covered by your travel insurance
I will keep space between bookings while Covid-19 restrictions are in place to minimise any disruption. If your booking is affected by a previous guest having to extend their stay due to Covid-19 self-isolation requirements I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and put you in touch with alternative local accommodation providers.
I have reduced the amount of linen and crockery within the property while Covid-19 restrictions are in place. If you require anything specific please let me know when you make a booking so I can make sure it is included within the property for your arrival.
I have reviewed risk assessments and cleaning procedures in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, you will find a completed property cleaning checklist detailing cleaning procedures on arrival - but please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions or concerns about this.
Guests must strip bed linen and place this in bags provided, along with any towels used, before they leave the property. You also need to wipe down surfaces with the antibacterial wipes provided and take any rubbish from your stay out to the bins in the courtyard.
